A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 23, 2025, at 2:00 pm (CST) at 102 Ed Perry Blvd. Oxford, Mississippi 38655.

Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the City of Oxford in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi, 38655, until 2:00 o’clock P.M., local time, Tuesday, February 11, 2025, and shortly thereafter publicly opened.

A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to the City of Oxford, Mississippi, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at the signing of the contract.

Contract Documents are available in paper or digital format. Interested parties are required to register online to view or order bid documents at www.oxfordmsbids.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Bids may be submitted in either sealed paper format or electronically.
