Oxford Conference Center Re-Roof

The project addresses the Reroof requirements for a 20 year old Roof for the 10 of the 11 Sections of the Membrane Roof. As noted in the Contract Documents, some sections are to be partially replaced, others are part of a Total Roof Replacement. New Roofing Material is a Modified Bituminous Membrane. Along with Reroof operations, there is EFIS Repair and Gutter replacement.
