Separate sealed bids for City of Friendship – Water Treatment Plant Renovation will be received by the City of Friendship, City Hall, 631 Main Street P.O. Box 265, Friendship TN 38034, until 2:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Friendship no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
