Bid Information:
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Mr. David Braden, Manager, located at Poplar Grove Utility District, 14560 Highway 51 South, Atoka, TN 38004, until July 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at the A2H Planroom to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the A2H Planroom. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the A2H Planroom.
