Bid Information:
Haywood County, TN will be soliciting bids for Haywood County Department of Health Office Renovations on the property located at 950 E. Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012. The Haywood County Department of Health Office Renovations is a Renovation project with several functions for the Brownsville, TN community. The project consists of renovations to the clerical, clinical and exterior areas of the existing Haywood County Health Department building.
A Non-Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on June 24, 2025 at Haywood County Health Department.
This project is being supported by American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
Separate sealed bids for Haywood County Department of Health Office Renovations will be received by the Haywood County Courthouse, 1 North Washington Ave., Brownsville, TN 38012, until 10:00 am local time on July 3, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Haywood County, TN no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening.
