The City of Oxford will receive sealed bids for the Woodlawn Davis Park Trail Extension located at Woodlawn Davis Park in Oxford, MS.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 4, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. local time in the Boardroom on the 2nd Floor at City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi, 38655.

Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the City of Oxford in the Boardroom on the 2nd Floor at City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi, 38655, until 11:00 A.M., local time, February 20, 2025, and shortly thereafter publicly opened.

A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to the City of Oxford, Mississippi, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at the signing of the contract.
