Separate sealed bids for FY 2022 CDBG-CV – LITTLE LAMBS CHILDCARE CENTER FOR OBION COUNTY will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable Benny McGuire at the office of Obion County, TN, 316 S. Third Street, Union City, TN 38321 until 10:00 a.m. local time on August 17,2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Little Lambs Childcare Center, 2215 E. Reelfoot Avenue, Union City, TN 38261 at 10:00 a.m. local time on August 3, 2023.
