This Clarification is being issued due to the newspaper printing the wrong Bid Opening time. The correct Bid Opening date and time is February 9, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. as stated in the Project Manual.
Sealed bids for HOLLAND ROAD OVER BRANCH will be received by MR. JEFF JONES, HWY CHIEF ADMIN OFFICER at DYER COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 1920 PIONEER ROAD, DYERSBURG, TN 38024, until FEBRUARY 9, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
