Bid Information:
Bids will be received electronically via the A2H Plan Room (www.a2hplanroom.com) and designated as bid for Fire Station Annex Building for the Owner, The Honorable Steve Fletcher, City Mayor, City of Gilt Edge, TN, until 2:00 pm local time on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, and then at said time publicly opened via a GoToMeeting.
- To submit an electronic bid, you must log into A2H Plan Room. It is free to register for an account, simply click on the “register for an account” link on the left-hand side and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.

A Pre-Bid Walkthrough can be scheduled upon request for each bidder to visit the sites and existing facility located at 9149 Munford Gilt Edge Road, Gilt Edge. Each Bidder is responsible for contacting Josie Fisher at josief@a2h.com or Stan Rowland, stanr@a2h.com to request a specific time for walk through. The walk through will be in 60 minute increments and each bidder will be let on to the site one at a time.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractors expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room. To download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job.
