Bid Information:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the RDA Water Distribution System Upgrades will be received by Mr. Dean Speight, President, Crockett Mills Utility District Water Plant, 4826 Highway 188, Alamo, TN 38001 until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 24, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on May 3, 2022, at the office of the Crockett Mills Utility District Water Plant, 4826 Highway 188, Alamo, TN 38001. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
