An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. In order to submit a qualified bid, specifications for bidding purposes, must be obtained from www.a2hplanroom.com. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference has been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. local time, on March 2, 2022 at the Benton County Airport Terminal, for the purpose of discussing the scope of the project and answering any questions. Attendance at this conference by an appropriate contractor representative is mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a bid.
Addenda & Interpretation:
Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Jason Dittrich, PE jasond@a2h.com, A2H, Inc., 3009 Davies Plantation Road, Lakeland, TN 38002, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be emailed to all prospective bidders (at the respective addresses furnished for such purposes), not later than three (3) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
