Bid Information:
CITY OF MILAN (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
FARMERS MARKET PAVILION at 1109 FRONT ST., MILAN, TN 38358
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Milan City Hall – Board Room located at 1061 South Main Street, Milan, TN 38358, until Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No electronic bids will be received.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 10 a.m. local time at City Hall – Board Room, 1061 South Main Street, Milan, TN 38358. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
Questions:
Last day to receive questions will be Monday, November 15, 2021 at 10 a.m.
No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to:
