Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of STREET OVERLAY PAVING PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDES ASPHALT PAVING, MILLING, AND STRIPING will be received by the CITY OF COVINGTON, 200 WEST WASHINGTON AVENUE, COVINGTON, TN 38019 until 10:00 A.M., (Standard Time) July 16, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
