Lambuth Campus Classroom Conversion

There will be a Zoom teleconference pre-bid meeting for all interested prime bidders on October 6, 2020 at 10:00 am CST. See call in information in project manual. Note deadlines for questions and substitution requests on form 00 21 13 sections 1.03 and 1.04. All questions must be submitted in writing to Designer via email to stanR@a2h.com and Cc: josief@a2h.com. Bids must be submitted using the supplied Bid Form 00 41 13 and Bid Envelope cover page 00 47 13 and according to all instructions included. Bid opening will be conducted via Zoom teleconference meeting. See bid delivery instructions and call in information in project manual.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
