The Project consists of the alterations and demolition of building as described in the drawings and project manual.
Bid Opening date is being changed.
Replace BIDS RECEIVED AT with the following:
A2H, Inc. 3009 Davies Plantation Road Lakeland, TN 38002 until 2:00 PM, local time on May 13, 2020.
Bidders are to leave Bid in Container that will be located at the front door. When Bid is dropped off, a call is to be placed to A2H, Inc. 901 372 0404 to let the Receptionist know that a Bid has been dropped off.
Bidders are not to enter the building.
Bid Opening Time: 2:30 PM via Live Stream or GoTo Meeting from A2H, Inc. Bidders may be present only thru the electronic medium.
Details for Live Stream or GoTo Meeting will be sent to all Plan Holders prior to the Bid Opening.
Schedule for questions and addenda:- 1. Questions submitted or clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients.

- 4. The last addenda will be issued no later than 10:00 A.M. local time April 27, 2020.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE AT:
Union Campus Buidling ‘C’ Cafeteria at 10:00 AM, local time on April 15, 2020
- Contractor and his Subcontractors may view the Facilities at Union Campus the afternoon of April 15th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
- Contractor and his Subcontractors may view the Facilities at Macon Road Campus the morning of April 16th from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
