Bid Information:

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Owner, at the Carroll County, TN Complex, 625 High Street, Huntingdon, TN, 38344 until 9:00 A.M. local time on April 2, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, and/or, accept or reject any or all bids.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Mandatory Site Walk-thru meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on March 21, 2024.
