Separate sealed bids for FY 2022 CDBG-CV - Johnna’s Ark Childcare Center will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable William Rawls at the office of City of Brownsville, TN, 15 E. Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012 until 10:00 AM local time on April 4, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Johnna’s Ark Childcare Center, 111 South Wilson Avenue, Brownsville, TN 38012 at 10:00 AM local time on March 14, 2024.
