Separate sealed bids for FY 2022 CDBG Court Square Amphitheater and Restrooms will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable Mark Watson at the Town of Troy, City Hall, 116 W Harper Street, Troy, TN 38260 until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 15, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at City Hall, 116 W Harper Street, Troy, TN 38260 at 2:00 p.m. local time on February 8, 2024.
