Houston Middle School Addition
The existing building to receive new HVAC units, new sprinkler systems and new lay in ceilings as indicated on drawings and in specifications. Existing facility will require demolition for upgrades. The new addition to the building consists of all systems as outlined on drawings. Building includes Gymnasium, Lockers, Band Room, Stem Rooms, Art Rooms and Support Facilities for building. Site work as indicated on drawings and in specifications.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 6, 2021 at 4:00 pm at Houston Middle School in the school cafeteria. An onsite walk-through will be conducted after the meeting.
You must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference in order to bid the project.
