Reelfoot ARPA Water Line Replacement
The Project consists of replacing water lines with the highest historical number of leaks and replacing exposed pipe at the creek crossings that has been identified. All service connections will be replaced with new wrapping saddles to the proposed water lines. Existing water lines will be abandoned in place after new water line installations have been approved.
