City of Bells - Sewer Lagoon Aeration Equipment Purchase
The purpose of this project is for the City of Bells to purchase the equipment necessary for the replacement of the existing aeration system of Cell 2 at the wastewater treatment plan. The project scope is for the purchase and delivery of the equipment only. Construction will be covered under separate contract.

Separate sealed bids for ARPA Sewer Lagoon Aeration Equipment Purchase will be received by City of Bells, 12987 Hwy 79, PO Box 760, Bells, TN 38006, until 2:00 p.m. on September 11, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to City of Bells by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
