TIPTON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (COVINGTON TENNESSEE) NOTICE FOR CRESTVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND CRESTVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL – DEMOLITION PACKAGE.
The Tipton County School District will receive sealed proposals from qualified Contractors until 10:00 AM on September 14, 2023, to complete demolition of the existing elementary and middle school. Copies of the RFP can be found at www.a2hplanroom.com. The Responses may be mailed or hand delivered to Hunter Bennett, Maintenance Director at 1580 Highway 51 South, Covington, TN 38019 no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on August 17, 2023. No electronic or facsimile copies of the proposal will be accepted. The Proposal shall include General Contractor qualifications, integrity, compliance with public policy, past performance, technical and financial resources. Knowledge of Federal and State Guidelines, experience of the Firm, and capacity for performance. Firm should submit an original and four (4) copies of their proposal for consideration including a .pdf document saved on jump drive or CD. Each Response must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposal opening date and time and shall be marked “Proposal for CRESTVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND CRESTVIEW MIDDLE SCHOOL - DEMOLITION PACKAGE”. Each page of the Proposal, all attachments, and the jump drive shall be identified with the name of the respondent.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 2pm at the Crestview Elementary School located at 151 Mark Walker Jr. Blvd., Covington, TN 38019. The site will not be accessible except during the pre-bid meeting.
