Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated will be received by the City of Covington (herein called the “Owner”) at Covington North Fire Station, 101 Tennessee Ave. Covington, TN 38019 before 2:00 p.m. local standard time on the 10th day of November, 2022.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

Please note: The requirement for the “Mandatory” Prebid Attendance is no longer a requirement. All other requirements are expected to be met. It is recommended that Contractors go through the A2H Plan Room to get identified as a Bidder.
A Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 2022 at the location of the South Fire Station, 100 Mueller Brass Road, Covington, TN 38019.
