Sealed bids for LAUDERDALE COUNTY LANDFILL PARTIAL CLOSURE will be received by LAUDERDALE COUNTY at the office of MR. MAURICE GAINES, MAYOR at 100 COURT SQUARE, RIPLEY, TN 38063, until JULY 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Addenda & Explanations:
Explanations desired by a prospective Bidder shall be requested of Lauderdale County in writing, and if explanations are necessary, a reply shall be made in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to each Bidder. Every request for such explanation shall be in writing addressed to Pat Harcourt, PE path@a2h.com. Any verbal statements regarding same by any person prior to the award, shall be unauthorized and not binding.
