Separate sealed bids for City of Brownsville Renovation for New City Hall will be received by Mayor, William Rawls, Jr., at the office of City of Brownsville, Brownsville City Hall, 111 N. Washington Ave. Brownsville, TN 38012 until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project will be conducted as a Design-build Project based upon the November 30, 2020 A2H, Inc. Construction Drawings plus the Bridging Documents. The project is the build out of the First Floor with limited work on the Second Floor.
There is no Pre-Bid Meeting.
