Bid Information:
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Milan City Hall – Board Room located at 1061 South Main Street, Milan, TN 38358, until Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. No electronic bids will be received.

Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available for purchase on the planroom at the contractor’s expense. An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
