Separate sealed bids for CDBG-NDR: MS River Corridor Overlook will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable Maurice Gaines, Jr. at the office of Lauderdale County, TN, Lauderdale County Courthouse, 100 Court Square, Ripley, TN 38063 until 10:00 a.m. local time on July 1, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at A2H Plan Room to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Lauderdale County Courthouse, 100 Court Square, Ripley, TN 38063 at 10:00 a.m. local time on June 3, 2021.
