Separate sealed bids for City of Brownsville Renovation for New City Hall will be received by
Mayor, William Rawls, Jr., at the office of City of Brownsville, Brownsville City Hall, 111 N. Washington Ave. Brownsville, TN 38012 until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for December 9 at 10 AM.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met and non refundable plan deposit is received prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
