A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at GIBSON COUNTY HWY. DEPARTMENT, 1244 Mfg Row, Trenton, TN 38382 at 10:00 AM local time on October 8th, 2020

BIDS will be received by Gibson County Highway Department, (herein called the “OWNER”), at Gibson County Highway Department at 1244 Mfg Row, Trenton, TN 38382, until October 20th, 2020 at 10:00 AM CDST and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

Electronic files may be downloaded free of charge from the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com. Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available for purchase on the planroom at the contractor’s expense.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
