The Pre-Bid Walkthrough will be scheduled for each bidder to visit the site on Tuesday September 15, 2020 Local Time (Central Time) at the facility, 9149 Munford Gilt edge Road, Burlison, TN 38015.

  • Each Bidder is responsible for contacting Stan Rowland, stanr@a2h.com or Sanchali Nair, sanchalin@a2h.com to request a specific time for walk through. The walk through will be in 60 minute increments and each bidder will be let on to the site one at a time.

Bids will be received electronically for Fire Station Annex Building, by The Honorable Steve Fletcher, City Mayor, City of Gilt Edge until 2:00 pm local time on October 01, 2020 by logging into www.a2hplanroom.com.
Bids will be publicly opened via a GoToMeeting.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room. To download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Then proceed to the download queue on the left menu bar to receive your downloaded files. For questions about accessing the documents please contact Memphis Reprographics at 901-590-4862.

  • Bids may be received electronically, by logging into www.a2hplanroom.com. It is free to register for an account, simply click on the “register for an account” link on the left hand side and follow the instructions. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab, and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault, and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.
