BIDS will be received by the HAYWOOD COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, (herein called the “OWNER”), at the office of HAYWOOD COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 1306 SOUTH DUPREE, BROWNSVILLE, TN 38012, until 10:15 AM (local time) on JUNE 18, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud:

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
