Printed copies of the entire set of Contract Documents may be obtained at A2H, INC., Davies Plantation Road, Lakeland, TN 38002, upon payment of $150.00 (refundable). Partially printed sets will not be issued. Make checks payable to A2H, Inc. This will insure a record of Bidders for distribution of Addenda. Plan Deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders who return the documents in good condition within 30 days after bids are opened.
