Rebid- 2019 New Albany Schools Renovations.

NOTE: Each Bid Package will be for the combined campus work on: New Albany Elementary School PLUS New Albany Middle School PLUS New Albany High School Campus. Segregated Bids will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2019, at 10:00 AM (CST) at the New Albany School District Administrative Office Board Room located at 301 Hwy 15 North; New Albany, Mississippi 38652. Site visits to each of the schools will take place after the Pre-Bid Conference.

The New Albany School Board of the New Albany School District, New Albany, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids for renovations to the New Albany School District facilities. The following bid package items will be broken down for the 2019 New Albany Schools Renovations. Items include, but are not limited to, Doors and Hardware, Miscellaneous work at Roof Eaves, Interior Flooring, Ceilings, Lighting, Plumbing Fixture Replacement and Miscellaneous Civil work including Parking and Sidewalks. The work will be Bid by the following Bid Packages:

• Bid Package #5: General Works/Mechanical/Electrical at the New Albany Elementary School, New Albany Middle School and New Albany High School

• Bid Package #6: Civil at the New Albany Elementary School, New Albany MiddleSchool and New Albany High School
