Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Cypress Grove Park Classroom, 866 Airways Blvd, Jackson, TN 38301, by Scott Conger, Mayor, until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 27, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. To send the bid by mail, send to: City of Jackson Purchasing Dept, A/n: Zach Polk, Purchasing Agent, 115 E. Main St., Ste. 202, Jackson, TN 38301.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at the A2H Planroom to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the A2H Planroom.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on August 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Cypress Grove Park Classroom, 866 Airways Blvd, Jackson, TN 38301.
